Thanks for using Touren.app. These terms exist to make one thing very clear: we love planning the most beautiful route, but you remain the driver.

The service

Touren.app composes free route suggestions for convertibles, motorbikes, campers and touring cars, with exports to Google Maps and GPX. The route planner is a beta: it is under active development and may contain errors or be temporarily unavailable. There are currently no accounts or paid services; if they arrive, additional terms will apply.

Routes are suggestions, you stay responsible

Our routes are suggestions based on public map data. Road conditions, closures, opening hours and traffic rules change. Therefore, always:

The driver remains responsible for the journey. Road signs, closures, instructions and the law always take precedence over the route. Do not operate your phone or this site while driving: plan before you leave, or let a passenger do it. Driving a special vehicle (camper, classic car)? Check clearance heights, weight limits and the suitability of narrow roads yourself.

Liability

We take great care with the routes and the site, but do not guarantee that everything is always correct, current or available. Our liability is limited to the extent mandatorily prescribed by law; we do not exclude liability for intent or gross negligence, and nothing in these terms limits rights you mandatorily have as a consumer.

Free exports and ownership

GPX files and Maps exports are free and carry a Touren.app credit; please leave that credit in place. The site, the Touren.app brand and our route descriptions are protected. Applicable law
